You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, hate speech, or any action that harms the network. zk‑Identity must not be used to circumvent legal obligations.

4. Limitation of Liability

GitDigital is provided "as‑is". We are not liable for losses arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to financial losses in DeFi.
